What are your business hours? Can you clean outside of them?
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm for quotes, bookings and account enquiries. Our cleaning teams, however, operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
That means we can schedule your clean whenever it causes the least disruption — early mornings before staff arrive, evenings after close, overnight for 24-hour operations, or weekends for sites that can't be interrupted mid-week. Schools, medical practices, gyms and warehouses all tend to need different windows, and we build the schedule around your operating hours rather than ours.

Unfortunately, Your Cleaners specializes exclusively in business premises and commercial buildings.

Absolutely! We can arrange for cleaners to service your premises on a trial basis for a set period. Feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.
What type of cleaning products do you use?
Primarily our preference is commercial grade eco-friendly products.
Can you supply our consumables or do we supply?
Yes, we offer this service to assist with cost savings and time. We can supply and stock all consumables your business requires.
Do you check cleaners criminal history / background?
Yes, every cleaner employed with Your Cleaners must obtain and maintain a Ministry of Justice clearance. A full vetting process is completed including multiple employment references.

Where are you based, and do you have an office we can visit?
Our base is 50 Magdala Place, Middleton, Christchurch 8042. This is our operational headquarters and equipment store rather than a retail shop, so we ask that you call or email ahead on 0800 253 266 before visiting so someone is available to meet you.
In practice, most clients never need to come to us. We prefer to visit your premises for a free site assessment, which lets us quote accurately on the actual size, surfaces and traffic of your space rather than working from a template.
